The excepting in the Drupal\taxonomy\Tests\VocabularyCrudTest test is fixed by the patch in #1013034-67: PostgreSQL constraints do not get renamed by db_rename_table().

I'm still investigating the other issues.

The failure in the Drupal\taxonomy\Tests\Views\RelationshipRepresentativeNodeTest is due to a problem with the SQL query created by Views -- and is being addressed in issue #2357003: PostgreSQL: Fix tests in views test group

I'm still looking at the TermTest failures.
