I have added HTML coded links in the Administer/Site Configuration/Site Information... in the Footer Section,
but the links don't show up in the footer??

In the "Blocks" section, there is a "footer" region showing in the drop down boxes, but there doesn't seem
to be a block in the "footer" region??

Sorry for the confusion. Drupify doesn't currently support a footer region. I suggest creating a block and then using either the "bottom left" or "bottom right" block regions instead.
