For some reason the installation profile is registered in packages both as a profile and also as a module:

duplicate-packages

This causes confusing warning on site clone, like Could not find a version of the panopoly module

This is not visible in the packages tab for the platform, just for the site.

I have added it also for D6 packages in 3.x
