tables are not dropped when uninstalling this module

When I uninstall this module, the tables remain, and the site continues to behave as if nodeaccess is still installed. That is, pages that were protected by nodeaccess continue to be protected even after uninstalling the module, rebuilding permissions and clearing the cache.
