We recently upgraded from 4.4 to 4.4.4: #2271051: Update CKEditor library to 4.4.4.

4.4.5 has been released already: http://ckeditor.com/blog/CKEditor-4.4.5-Released.

It was released specifically to fix an extremely critical problem: CKEditor is very broken in Safari 7.1. Safari broke/changed some API, which prevents the enter key from working. We shouldn't release a beta that will be perceived as being so broken, hence this issue to urgently update it to 4.4.5 before beta 1.

Just tested the patch. It applies fine.
Without the patch, I cannot use the enter in Safari. With the patch applied, everything works as expected.

Looks pretty good to me! Since it's a minor CKEditor upgrade, I'd say RTBC.
