I have successfully uploaded files under 100K on two separate 4.7 installs (that live on the same web server at the host), but as soon as it goes over that, the upload status bar just spins and does nothing, with no errors and nothing in the Drupal logs. Yet the server limit is clearly set at 4MB. I still think it's possible that it's related to the server somehow, since it is affecting both sites ,I have not touched either of their configs for quite a while, and one were able to do these types of uploads previously. But I need someone to come in and look at this who knows more about how Drupal's upload module works, and who can pinpoint where the problem actually lies and how it can be fixed (Yes, I searched drupal.org already, could not find anything quite like this issue). I am currently taking bids for resolving this problem at GetAFreeLancer.com.
