The "Drupal sync settings is wrong. Check settings and site domain !link" warning should only be visible to users with the 'administer drupal sync settings' permission.

Hi, thank you so much for this patch. I'm glad you made this, I've been frustrated with my users being able to see these error messages.

I have installed the patch and it works. Please apply this patch to the module. I'm up for maintaining this module if the maintainers would like help.
