Silliest, most trivial clean-up of drupal_render() EVER

A silly patch to solve a silly problem.

Due to incremental refactoring, we ended up with this gem:

$callable = $callable;

(Another instance of this was removed in #2273277: Figure out a solution for the problematic interaction between the render system and the theme system when using #pre_render.)
