As of June 27th, Flickr changed its API to SSL-only. This has broken the ability to display Flickr galleries using Galerie. I think the Flickr links just have to be updated so that the links use "https" instead of "http". Full write-up regarding the change here:

Thanks, I had not used the Flickr module in a while and I wasn't aware of the issue.

It's fixed now in 7.x-1.13 (which is still building while I'm writing this, but should appear soon in the module's releases).
