Implement for all field types(D8) is done as a part of https://www.drupal.org/project/extra_field_description/issues/2878928 & https://www.drupal.org/project/extra_field_description/issues/2979787.
Also, @Samvel worked on Implement for all field types(D7).
so I think we are good to close this issue & separate issue will be created if we want to add any field type support of D7 & D8 other than mentioned in above tickets.
