Rules not showing all options

This is a GREAT module and I enjoy it a great deal thank you very much for the time and effort you have put into this module. I am having problems with an installation of this module, I have it working correctly on other sites. I have not been able to figure out why I do not see the necessary fields to add a message to a Facebook autopost. Here are the steps I have taken.
Created a new rule

1. Created a new entity
2. Add Action: Set a Data Value. Here is what I see
3. Here is what I EXPECTED to see:

The second screen shot shows a subset of the variables that should be there.
So far I have:

1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the module
2. Took the working code from where I have the third screen shot and used it to make sure there wasn't a coding issue
3. Uninstalled, checked the database to make sure that all tables for the Facebook Autopost were deleted correctly. They were all removed
4. Reinstalled ~ same issue

I am now at a loss as to why this is happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are two related issues I found in the Issues queue for Autopost, an old post (over a year old) where they did not know how to explain what had happened. And a post I created when I tried to fix I hit this issue. Since it is a separate issue I opened a new ticket.
