Antimatter Drive is a technology staffing firm and talent agency. We’re in Los Angeles, home to Hollywood and Silicon Beach, where technology and creativity meet.

We have extensive experience in the Drupal community and we represent both talented software designers and developers and the companies who want to hire them. One of our core strengths is our knowledge and understanding of how parties on both sides of the table think, which makes us more effective at representing each.

To the businesses and organizations we work with, we're a staffing and HR services firm. To you, the talented software designers and developers we work with, we're like a talent agency that represents you and your interests. Unlike a talent agency, however, we don't ask that you to sign an exclusive deal with us. It's in everyone's best interest that you are happily employed, and if we can be a part of that then we're happy, too.

Best of all, our talent representation services are provided free of charge to our members.

We exist to accelerate your career and help you find meaningful work. Everyone at Antimatter Drive can share their tips and advice, as well as their leads and referrals, with everyone else.

Talent representation is not our only line of business. Outside of Antimatter Drive, we are engineers and software developers ourselves and we have a stake in creating a healthy marketplace and developer community for everyone in our network.
