Previews for new Views widgets don't show "more link" even when it should be enabled by default

When previewing a new widget (either when showing all widgets in a category OR after selecting a specific widget, but before changing its settings), it will NOT show a "more link", even if the View is configured to show it by default.

This turns out to be bug in CTools (a type-o, really):

#2312505: Views panes using invalid Views display option "more_link" (is actually called "use_more")

I'll get this patch included in Panopoly shortly!
