Navigation links in https://www.drupal.org/drupal-7.0 are not clickable

Sizing something inside that seems to work better, like

.page-drupal-70 #header-right {
  height: 559px;
}

drupalorg really shouldn't have custom CSS, so the new rule should be moved to bluecheese.

Looks like we can just remove these two lines:

@LewisNyman - removing either of those rules actually makes the "Refine your search" dropdown non-clickable on other pages.

Now deployed.
