This is a simple module that allows user to disable the Taxonomy description field, which is not always helpful. By enable this module, the users can edit a specific vocabulary then check the option "Disable taxonomy description field of this vocabulary".

Sure, but as we only give the git vetted user role away once and you should have only one application open at a time, this is an application duplicate.
