In italian address, province field is required
but this module is not working for it

you can check typing this address

all fields except Province, are correctly populated

Seems that this commit is no longer in the 7.x-1.x branch.
The attached patch re-fixed this issue.

This is correct and it does happen in Spain too. Autocomplete does not populate province field and the 4# patch works until we test with multilingual sites, provinces that has translation on Google does not select the correct province like Sevilla -> Seville and instead selects Almería ¿?¿?.

I see that Google do not always send the short name of province / state, so I made a little tweak to it.
