We currently have two plugins - mediaembed and media - the naming for them is confusing.

Media's labelling is understandable enough: "Plugin for inserting images from Drupal media module"
However mediaembed's isn't so clear: "Plugin for inserting Drupal embeded media". This has nothing to do with "Drupal" or the media module.

I'd suggest "Plugin for embedding HTML snippets".

This plugin name was mostly changed in #2159403: Make CKEditor plugin system modular and clean with another consensus there. However, I'm more ok with this suggestion, so, rename it again.
