breakpoints 1.2 was recently released:

It includes bugfixes and new features.

To be honest, I'm not sure we're actually using this anywhere...

'navbar' apparently depends on 'breakpoints'! I'll test that it still works correctly after update.

Quick manual testing looked fine: the 'navbar' was still responsive. Committed! We'll see what Travis-CI says:
