I am prompted to connect to the Acquia connector before the installation is finished. Following this prompt would interrupt the installer and prevent it from finishing. We should ensure this prompt doesn't appear until after Commons installation is complete .

Other messages were being suppressed during install, but warnings weren't. I've added those as well to the installer.
