Steps as Admin:
1. Click Structure
2. Click Content types
3. Click Basic Page
4. Under add new field label, type Image. In field type, choose Image.
5. Click Save
6. In response to error that Image already exists, blank out label of Image and machine name of field_image
7. Click Save

Actual result: Get errors:
Add new field: you need to provide a label
Add new field: you need to provide a field name

Expected result: Get errors:
Add new field: you need to provide a label
Add new field: you need to provide a machine name for the field
