Initial Issue

I have a use case where I frequently have to modify user revisions. I'm currently about to add an "edit" functionality to the user_revision module.

Just wondering, am I abusing the revision system? Is such a feature desired? Should I create my own (sub-)module rather than patching user_revision?

I can provide an example patch for review later this week if desired.
