Hi,
Small bug: I have two vocabularies, and both have the blue + image, with a link, but the link is not valid. All the terms have also a + and it works great. It's just the vocabulary name (that's not a term) the one that links bad.
I hope this will be easy to solve.

I changed the output to do not show the "+" link on vocabularies.

It's also working, but not at the same time than the one to fix the URL of the blue + image.
As people will want both patchs, IMO, I applied this patch first, and then just replace the other line by hand, on the .module file.
