I have a fresh site install. I am using the Bootstrap theme. I have enabled contextual links and the skinr options and when I click on the cog I only have the Edit Block option. The Edit Skin option does not show up. I can manually add the skins from the structure/skinr but not from the cog. Anyone know what is going on or how to get "Edit Skin" to display in the cog?

Have you cleared your Drupal cache?
Please list the modules you have enabled on the site so I can investigate this.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
