I think the service links usually was shown on the demo store, but they are not present in 2.13. What is the expected behavior?

Seems that they where there in 2.8 https://travis-ci.org/lsolesen/commerce_kickstart/builds/23355589. Was it decided to drop them or is this a regression?

Definitely a regression.
