Line 20: Instead of http://, should be changed to https:// to avoid Non-Secure warnings on SSL sites that are using the BU module. Our site (www.dentistry.ucla.edu) is using SSL by default and when I first installed the module, IE 8 users on Windows XP would encounter the "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" message. If they clicked YES, the Browser Update bar would not show.
I have changed it to https:// and verified that it works fine on SSL sites. I imagine that it would work fine on non-SSL sites as well but have not tested this.
