I am trying to make a condition which is check a value is lower than 0 or not in a contact type(staff information) integer field, also under the condition user_name(staff information) == contact_author(contact using workflow). Is this possible to setup?If yes, how can I setup it, thank you:D

my case should be under the default event "Workflow state has changed", and add some if statement onto it?
if yes, where is the "Workflow state has changed" event which I can copy from? BTW I can't find it.
Is someone know and help ? Thank you
