The current releases of the Media module no longer require providers to add their own CSS and JS. The wysiwyg.css and fromurl.js files can be safely removed.

Tested #1 and confirmed that the ability to add and display Vimeo videos wasn't affected by the removal of the CSS and JS files.

Committed #1 to Media: Vimeo 7.x-2.x.
