tour_test.module accidentally redeclares hook_menu_link_defaults() instead of tour_test_menu_link_defaults(). The duplication confuses the API site. Trivial fix. Patch to follow.

Good catch. I just reviewed and tested the fix... even re-ran the tour_tests, and all passed as expected.
