I have both Node Gallery and node gallery api enabled. But when I click upload (see attached), there is no way to upload anything.

I still have the media module installed. Does it need to be disabled?

I'm suddenly having the same issue. I had everything working perfectly, including the plupload integration. Two days ago, everything was working fine. Today I go to create a gallery and nothing! GAH! I'm supposed to go live with this site in a week. :/

I recently updated Enitity API to 7.x-1.5 and jQuery Update to 7.x-2.4

New user. I had the same issue on a fresh installation using stable version 7.28.
I noticed this warning in my Recent Log messages:
Warning: file_get_contents(sites/all/libraries/plupload/js/jquery.plupload.queue/jquery.plupload.queue.js): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in _locale_parse_js_file() (line 1488 of /var/www/vana-vigala-drupal-l10n_install/includes/locale.inc).

Reason was that I had downloaded plupload 2, but drupal needs 1.5.8

In the Jquery Update configurations, you might want to lower the version from the Default jQuery Version drop down menu.
