Not a big issue, since I'll remove the throbber from admin pages. However, if for some reason people wanted to make the throbber work globally, I felt it was worth noting.

It might be useful to add something like this to a README.txt file as a suggestion.

Or even to include it on the admin/config/user-interface/page-throbber config form for page 1 as a default to show throbber for all pages except those listed which is currently blank. It might be helpful for users to see the exclusion of admin pages.

When user selects only the listed pages, the form would be blank for user input.
