Since roundabout 2-3 years, I'm actively refactoring, fixing, and maintaining the Simpletest testing framework together with @Berdir and @alexpott.

Attached patch is a proposal to adjust MAINTAINERS.txt accordingly.

@Berdir and @alexpott don't know of their luck yet, so they need to confirm (or deny) first :-)
