It is deprecated a few months now and no core usage. with it get rid of aggregator.pages.inc

Looks good to me.

Relevant change records are https://drupal.org/node/1295398 and https://drupal.org/node/2059971. The former is now redundent, should it just be unpublished? The latter covers this change. I've edited it to correct the D7 code.

Looks good to me. I updated https://drupal.org/node/2059971 with a reference to this issue and unpublished https://drupal.org/node/1295398 since it's already obsolete, redundant, and misleading. Thanks @ianthomas_uk!
