After the Panopoly 1.1 release goes out, and all the RTBC patches get committed to Ctools and Panels, I'd like to switch our makefile to point at the Git for Ctools and Panels so that we can help test whats comming.

dsnopekAttached is a patch that goes to the latest Git revision in both repos. However, looking at CTools, it appears as though all those patches haven't been committed to the main Git yet, just to @japerry's sandbox. I'm going to wait on committing this until we've got everything in there so we can have solid test.

dsnopekI'm not sure if @japerry is done committing yet or not, but he did commit a TON last night, so I'm uploading a new patch which I'm going to commit right away to try and get it in the next -dev.
