How to remove responsive design in Bluemasters in order not to show it when scale down/reduce the browser window?

Hello,

I am using the Bluemasters theme version (7.x-2.x) but even if it is really good that this theme has already implemented a responsive design so it has a responsive grid layout, at the moment I need to delete the responsive design of this theme... so I dont need responsive grid layout but a normal one so when accesing to my web on a mobile or tablet.. the site dont turn into responsive so that the web will look as a normal site without responsive design.... that means also without fluid in the images....

Althougth later I will need the responsive design but not at the moment. Is there any way to simply take away the responsive design? I have already go to Appeareance -> Bluemasters->Settings and have taked away the responsive configuration and it works when accesing the site by phone or tablet but when scale the window browser(make smaller the window of the browser) then all the divs go below/under one another making suitable for the small screen in the browser.....

I also have edited some of the css code in order to try to take away the responsive but nothing looks to work... I have even added a with in the css code:

#page { width:1340px; background: url(../images/bg.png) repeat-x; }

and that looks to work somehow but the divs still are going under one another... and I need that the divs they just show as normal presentation.
