I created a view for blogs in the field I add node : body
I want if some one click on the node body field go to node.

Please follow the below steps:

-> Add one field "Content: Nid".
-> In "Content: Body" Under "Show Rewrite results" check the checkbox in "Output this field as a link".
-> In "Link path" set path "node/[nid]" this way your node body field link to node.
