Repeating events do not check for conflict with other events except on their first date, allowing double-booking

To repeat (sic):

1. Create a normal event.

2. Create a second event for the same time of day and place, but one week before the first one. Set it to repeat every week for a few weeks.

3. Notice that you were able to do this even though the first event already had that time and place booked.
