Views Integration would be cool, to query data out of the hypertable database.
Maybe EFQ is a solution or something more flexible.

Yes, I think that is a good idea. The first phase focus of this module was to provide a low level API for SQL mapping, but EFQ would be a great addition and make the module for useful for more developers. Patches and contributions are welcome.
