it would be nice if the inline javascript for PNGFix was written in external js file as an example in /files/pngfix directory.

I think is a good thing to have an option to write the PNGFix instructions in one external file for 3 reasons:
1. clean XHTML document
2. export of JS instructions when the CSS classes are lots
3. file caching
