This module will likely only be used as part of a distribution to enable certain CiviCRM Extensions when installing the distribution. It was written after being discussed in http://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/97340
To test this module:
- Start a Free CiviCRM site using Pantheon
- Configure the Resource URL (until #2158521: Preconfigure Resource URLs in civicrm.settings.php is fixed
- Manually upload CiviVolunteer to sites/all/extensions (this would be included in the distribution)
- Manually add and enable this module
