Hi,
I am having drupalchat module installed on my site. It is an e-learning site and i have chat sessions twice a day, if the number of students increase above 60 the site crashes and automatically displays site offline mode. Also i have student and tutor table for the same, so the student to table linkage table crashes. Can anyone please help. This happens each time my chat session takes place. Also i would like to know does this happen in drupal 7 version as well as we are planning to migrate our site to drupal 7.
waiting for reply,
Shabbir

Thanks for your prompt reply, I am using Long Polling method? But what it has to do with the polling method? anyways help needed as my site is now crashing more often due to chat sessions, even if the number of students chatting at a given point of time are 5 or 10. Please help, this is really a big trouble for me.
Thanks,
Shabbir

Please do not use "Long Polling" method. This method is more responsive but won't work if too many users are online. Please try using "Normal AJAX".
Thanks

Alternatively, you may try our commercial version (where we offer our own servers to handle chat processing for your website).
Thanks.
