This issue might turn into "Remove RDF from MAINTAINERS.txt" depending on how the discussion in #2152459: [Policy] Deprecate RDF module and move it to contrib goes... either way, I do not feel that RDF module should be in D8 and thus do not feel comfortable continuing as a maintainer.
