While you are at bug fixing spree, here is another one. If view have some other views nested (attachement, view field etc.) all nested views get updated, here is simple fix...

old

var content_query = targetList && !response.options.content ? '.view-content ' + targetList : response.options.content || '.view-content';

new

var content_query = targetList && !response.options.content ? '.view-content ' + targetList : response.options.content || '.view-content:first';

I have the same problem. However this solution would probably work only if the view attachement is not "before" the view. In such situation you need to add :last selector. But even this solution would not work if there are two attachements. One above and one below the view in question.

EDIT: Actually I have found out know, that it is already fixed by '> .view-content'. My problem has to be somewhere else. Sorry for disturbing.

I believe this issue was fixed recently. Feel free to re-open if still seeing the issue under the latest release.
