Impossible to define an exposed filter with views ui

Hi all,

In views ui, it's impossible to turn a filter as an "exposed filter".

The steps :

1- Create a new view, or edit a view (could also be a core view like "Admin content")
2- Create a new filter
3- Click on the checkbox "Expose this filter to visitors, to allow them to change it"

On the click, no more options are displayed. If you save the view, the filter is not save as an exposed filter.

I am using the native Seven Theme, with no custom code or contrib modules. I have reproduce this bug on a fresh D8 install from git repository. I can't see any JS error in Chrome debug console, or in Firebug.
