Proposed solution involves removing required region section of beep_edition.info and ordering the regions according to appearance on page.

Propose removing the unused regions:
help
page top
page bottom

I've updated the .info files and removed 'help' (because the theme uses 'highlighted' instead), but Page Top and Page Bottom are required for module use, so those stay where they are.
