Email not available for Redhen Contact Rules 'Create Entiity'

I've tried using Rules and 'Create Entity', to create a Redhen contact based on a Webform submission.

There is no email field. So the contact is created, but without the email available from Webform.

If there is a work-around, great. However I am presuming this is an unintentional bug.
