Minor usability patch. Breaks no strings. ;) I just made it so that the labels for the status report entries generated by update.module are themselves links to the update status report page (admin/reports/updates). E.g. the "Up to date" text is now a link.

BrightLoudNoise commentedModule version status text now links to admin/reports/updates, this is in addition to the "available updates" link already present in the summary.
Having the link inline with the module name and status makes a good target for power users who likely won't need to read the summary info, as there are already icon, colour cues and the status text itself to communicate the state of that module.
