Admin button is not showing up at the upper positions.

Circumstances:
- Kickstart 2.9, drupal 7.23 and Admin 7.x-2.0-beta3+8-dev
- disabled permissions to kickstart toolbar for certain roles
- logged in as user with this certain role

Results:
- No button visible
- A maybe 1px height link is clickable and working.
- Activating firebug shows corner, disabling FB hides it again
- button shows up when logged in as user with full permissions

This is a theming issue. The Admin sites displayed via the Kickstart Admin Theme show the corner correctly.
The upper Manubar of the kickstart themes is displayed on top of the button and hides it.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.

If the issue remains relevant for D10+ versions, merge requests with proposed solutions for a new module version (D10+) are welcome in a new follow-up issue.
