We (a French academic library) are using Swftools and Flowplayer on our website (sse http://bu.univ-angers.fr/videos/hors-collection/bienvenue for example)
I'm trying to find how one should use Swftools and Flowplayer for playing and using some video with "chapters" (I don't know if this is the correct way to call it in english - please see "Chapitres" in http://video.educagri.fr/demo01/ to understand what I'm talking about)

Update : the correct English word for the chapters I'm talking about is "cuepoints"
