The module the partial ability to set the payment types accepted in paypal for display as icons on the checkout/review page. Just need the admin page of the rule configured for the payment methods and that feed into the function call for the icons.

Patch coming to implement this...

Here is the patch. There also was some coding changes (white spaces) that got into this patch cause the file didn't have some spacing as per drupal coding standards.
