Resizing region does not work

After a grid has been built it is impossible to change. Fore example If you place header A , Header B, Header C in the same row but then you change your mind and want to move Header C from that row to row bellow or above and give it full grid layout it will never save even thou you'll get the message "updated" but, if you try editing again it will be the same as before applying changes.
